Privacy policy

Baby J Collective ("we", "us") runs babyjcollective.com and SIGNALS, an AI consultant that helps you build and sell your first digital product. This page says, in plain words, what we collect, why, and what we never do.
What we collect
- Your account. Your email address and login details, so you can sign in to SIGNALS.
- Your conversations with SIGNALS. What you write, what SIGNALS writes back, and short notes SIGNALS keeps about you (for example your product idea or your hard limits), so it can remember your work between sessions. You can ask us to delete them.
- Files you choose to share. Files you attach in the chat, and files you pick from your Google Drive (see below). We read them to help you, and store them with your conversation.
- Purchases. When you buy from us, Stripe processes the payment. We see what you bought, your name, email and receipt, and any Brand Set answers you gave (colours, fonts, style). We never see your full card number.
- Email. If you join our list or buy something, your email and what you bought go to our email provider, MailerLite, so we can send your downloads and emails you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Basic site data.Standard technical data like your browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working. If you unlock the template library or your template shelf, a small cookie remembers your password so you don't have to retype it.
Google Drive
If you choose "Add from Google Drive" in SIGNALS:
- Google shows you a permission screen first. Nothing happens until you say yes.
- SIGNALS can only see the specific files you pick in Google's file picker. It cannot see, search or list anything else in your Drive.
- The file you pick is copied into your SIGNALS conversation as a PDF or image, so SIGNALS can read it and help you with it.
- The Google access is used in your browser for that one action and is not stored on our servers. We never edit, delete or share your Drive files.
- You can remove SIGNALS' access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to train AI models, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
How we use your information
Only to run SIGNALS and our shop: to answer you, remember your work, deliver what you bought, send emails you asked for, and fix problems.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run SIGNALS: our hosting (Vercel), our database (Supabase), the AI model that writes SIGNALS' replies (Anthropic), a search-embedding service (Voyage AI), payments (Stripe, and Whop for payments and delivery of some products) and email (MailerLite). They process data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Keeping it and deleting it
We keep your account and conversations while your account is open. To have your account, conversations or files deleted, email info@babyjcollective.com and we will do it.
